    Catherine went above and beyond in every way. She kept a line of communication open and cleaned up a mess I left behind because I left Nampa before she sold my house. It sold in two days. I would definitely recommend her and her husband if you're selling or buying.

    Catherine is hands down the best gal around! She was very professional & very responsive. She listened to our questions and concerns and addressed them very quickly. She answered our calls/texts promptly which was amazing! Selling & buying at the same was a breeze with Catherine. I highly recommend using her as your realtor if you want to have a fast closing!

    When we first started our home hunt i reached out to several realtors a few made contact. They sent me stuff i would never be interested in didnt listen to my hopes and desires, just trying to make a sale...one by one they al dropped off. All but Catherine. We started looking early 2019 and didnt make a purchase until June 2020. She answered every call and never tired of my late texts, questions and was a joy to work with. She is one in a million!!!
